Vincent Langlois, CPA, CA, CBV

Following the completion of the Chartered Accountants (CA) program, Vincent began his career in an accounting firm producing financial statements for SMEs, obtaining the CPA, CA designation in 2017. Moving towards a second professional designation (CBV), he worked for PwC from 2017 to 2019, mainly on business valuation files in litigation contexts.

He acquired extensive experience in financial modelling, financing and transactional support in a medium-sized firm gaining valuable insight. Vincent then joined a firm of more than 200 employees where he was named partner in 2023 (yes, at the age of 34!) to oversee a transaction support and business valuation department.

Vincent joined VALUEBRIDGE to offer a full range of business valuation services to SMEs, including dispute resolution, financial modelling and support for financing and transactional purposes.

Asad, a Partner at VALUEBRIDGE, brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and valuations, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions to achieve impactful results. His career includes leadership roles such as Head of Finance at edotco Group, where he shaped financial strategies for South Asian subsidiaries, and PwC Kuala Lumpur, where he advised major global players in the oil & gas and media sectors. These experiences have honed his expertise in cross-border transactions, precise valuations, and strategic business planning.

As a Chartered Accountant and CBV candidate, Asad combines technical excellence with strategic insight, leveraging data analytics to unlock value.
